PRESS RELEASE: IT’S OK TO JUST THROW IT AWAY

Heroic WFOD Podcast Solves the Dog Poop Crisis with Stickers

[St Louis, MO] — [8/21/25] — After watching his neighbors on Nextdoor nearly come to blows over whether it’s acceptable to drop a neatly bagged pile of dog poop into someone else’s trash can, Mike Moore of WFOD Notoriety has stepped in with a solution: stickers.

The brand-new “It’s OK To Just Throw It Away” sticker tells dog walkers: Hey pal, it’s cool—drop that bag in here. No more side-eye from neighbors. No more poop-bag pocketing until you get home. No more 3,000-word threads on Facebook where Janet from Maple Street accuses someone of “biological terrorism.”

“Look, if the worst thing in my garbage can is a bag of dog poop, I’m having a pretty good day,” said Travis Hulce, co-host of WFOD. “We just want to make it easier for people to know who’s chill about it and who’s going to call the HOA.”

The design was inspired by 80’s icon Mr. Yuk and features a conspicuous hot pink design for maximum curb visibility. The sticker is easy to slap on a bin, and most importantly, they prevent otherwise normal people from turning into trash-based vigilantes.

How It Works:

Request your sticker at wfodshow.com and put it on your trash can. Bask in the pride of being a neighbor who didn’t let doody divide the community.

“This isn’t just about garbage—it’s about bringing neighbors together… by letting them put crap in each other’s cans,” added Drunk.
